June 3, 2010 -- The Garfield County ENERGY STAR for New Homes program is now accepting bids for education and training in all topics related to ENERGY STAR qualified homes. Energy professionals and certified building auditors/analysts (HERS or BPI) are invited to submit bids describing any training packages their company could provide for local homebuilders and building officials.
