Garfield Clean Energy is offering a free online energy tracker to households and businesses throughout Garfield County.
Using GreenQuest is the fun and easy way to watch your energy savings grow. It only takes 20 to 30 minutes to open an account and enter your past energy usage data.

Click on the GreenQuest button and create a free online account, selecting your building type as "Home(Residence)".

If you have natural gas or propane, you can add a "fuel meter" to track this energy use. Be sure to "edit" the meter and select the proper units that correspond to your bill. SourceGas and Xcel gas units are "Therms" and propane is often billed in units of "gallons".

Enter as much of your past utility data as you have available. You can get this data by calling your utility at the contact numbers below.

Update your GreenQuest account each month. You can enter your efficiency projects too, so over time, you can see what kind of difference they make on your utility bills and your energy use.
Once you have your utility data entered. You can share your reports with your family, friends and co-workers. Encourage them to enter their data too and start your own internal savings competition!
